Pursuit of Happyness
I am one of those people who actually believe that movies can teach us something!
The Pursuit of Happyness has an awesome message. Who is the person in your life telling you, you can't do something? In my life, it is me!
Have you visited the Little Tots Most Inspirational, Amazing, Funny Movie Quotes Ever...In My Humble Opinion page. If you haven't check it out.
Let me know if you have a funny or inspirational quote or scene from a movie; maybe I will include it...with dibs to you of course.

Prison Break
I AM AN ADDICT! The first step is admitting you have a problem. I admit it with a smidgen of guilt. I love t.v. I have always loved t.v. My house would be much cleaner and I would be thinner without my addiction.
Recently I finished Prison Break. I started watching it on March 28. I know this because it was the day we left for Las Vegas. I watched my last episode on April 27. Thank you Netflix. I watched the entire series in a month. It was four seasons; however, in my defense, the third season was short. The writers were on strike that year.
When I become involved in a t.v. program, it can consume me. There were a few nights I stayed up until 3am watching three (all right), four back-to-back 42 minute Prison Break episodes. No commercials is a gift!
I am a huge fan of cliff hanger shows. Alias is still one of my favorites. Jack Bristow is THE MAN. Sydney Bristow kicks butt.
I enjoy making the wheels in my head turn, trying to figure out all the twists and turns. Nothing is ever as it seems.
I make connections with the characters. Michael Scofield is a genius, but how can so many things go wrong with his plan.
Prison Break is gritty. I had to shield my eyes in some episodes starting with season 1, episode 2. Can I say OUCH!
Lincoln Burrows, I love your type! I'm pretty sure this comes as no surprise to my husband. He knows I have a thing for muscles. Evander Hollyfield! How about Sylvester Stallone as Rocky? Lincoln definitely has the boxer build. Love me some muscles! Mike won't be intimidated by this statement. He knows that his muscular frame was one of the first things that caught my attention.
I am going to let you in on a little secret, something that may gross out fans of Prison Break. In a sick, perverted, twisted sort of way, I like T Bag. He is an inbred, serial killer and racist, but folks he has the best one liners.
As I realized I was approaching the show's conclusion, I felt a twinge of sadness. Soon I was going to say goodbye to my Prison Break friends.
I am in mourning now. I miss Prison Break. I am not ready to give up my t.v. addiction. I need a replacement, something along the lines of Prison Break, Alias or Vampire Diaries. Feed my addiction! Any suggestions?

Battleship SUNK!
I have a pretty good sense about films from trailers. I have a decent track record predicting the appeal of movies after watching their trailers. Battleship's appeal is minimal. I can't envision Rihanna as a quality actress. Liam Neeson's movies are unpredictable. He is hit or miss. This one is a miss. I am betting that Battleship will not make it far out of the harbor before it's SUNK!

Lord of the Rings
My all time favorite line in any movie ever! Adversity! Gandalf is so wise and Tolkien isn't too shabby either.

Sister Wives
The new season of Sister Wives debuted last night on TLC. The family is in a bit of upheaval since the move to Las Vegas.
Kody and Robyn announced the imminent arrival of their baby. The news was joyous to some; less than enthusiastic from others. The most notable lack of excitement was from Kody's second wife Janelle. As Robyn expressed on camera; a pregnancy is proof of the intimacy between husband and wife. It is the one time when it is impossible for the other wives to ignore the obvious.
The hardest hit by the pregnancy was Mariah, Meri and Kody's only child. Meri is Kody's first wife, but has only been able to have one child. Mariah was so concerned about her mother's feelings that she burst into tears. Robyn came to console her, understanding the delicate nature of the matter.
Many of the children are having a difficult time adjusting to their new surroundings. This is especially true for Janelle and Kody's son, Hunter. I feel bad for him. Poor kid! He has shut down since the family arrived in Las Vegas. He was once an avid football player. Now, he has no desire.
The change has been devastating for Hunter.
Can't wait to see what this season brings. I have one question already; and it concerns finances. In Utah the family had two homes between the four wives. In Las Vegas there are four homes; one for each wife. How are they affording it? I know Janelle no longer works. Do reality stars get paid more than I think? Is housing a steal in Vegas? Somebody tell me!
